Urgent repairs – urgent action!
We manage and monitor all repairs and maintenance in accordance with your written instructions in the Property Management Agreement.
However, should an urgent repair of an essential service be reported, we’ll act immediately.
If these problems are not rectified in a reasonable timeframe, a tenant can take the matter to Tenancy Services. We work hard to avoid this happening.
Our service is to take care of all Property requirements:
Payment of Repairs:
Any repairs carried out on your property will be paid for from rent monies held in out trust account on your behalf.
Full details are shown on your Monthly Statement of Accounts and copies of any invoices are available upon request.
End of year statement are an important document:
As a further service to you, we can pay all statutory accounts on your behalf, again from your money, held in our account.
These could include water rates, Body Corporate levies and Insurances. All payments will appear on your final account along with any invoices.
This ensures quick easy accounting at the end of the financial year.
